The 15-day Everest Base Camp (EBC) trek offers an exceptional adventure, starting and ending in Kathmandu. This trek takes you to the base of the world’s highest peak, Mt. Everest, providing stunning views of other major peaks such as Mt. Lhotse, Mt. Makalu, and Mt. Cho Oyu, as well as other notable mountains like Mt. Nuptse, Mt. Pumori, and Mt. Amadablam. The journey also traverses Sagarmatha National Park, renowned for its diverse flora and fauna, and is enriched with the spiritual ambiance of prayer flags, Mani walls, monasteries, and chortens.
The Premium EBC Tour Package includes comprehensive services designed to enhance your trekking experience. It covers domestic flight tickets between Kathmandu and Lukla, as well as all necessary international and domestic arrival and departure arrangements. The package includes a total of 15 nights—2 nights in a 3-star hotel in Kathmandu and 12 nights at tea houses along the trek. Accommodations and meals in Kathmandu before and after the journey are also included, along with full board during the trek (14 lunches, 15 dinners, and 15 breakfasts). You will have access to boiled bottled water, hot drinks for tea/coffee, and cold beverages.
Additional benefits of the Premium package include an experienced government-licensed English-speaking trek leader, with additional assistant guides based on the number of trekkers. Porter services are provided, with 2 trekkers sharing 1 porter (maximum weight limit of 18 kg per porter, 9 kg per trekker). The package also covers the wages, meals, insurance, lodging, and transportation for guides and porters, as well as necessary equipment. It includes water purification tablets, permits for Sagarmatha National Park and Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality, and all relevant taxes. For safety, it provides a comprehensive first aid kit with high-altitude medicines and a supplementary oxygen tank with a mask and regulator. Additionally, you receive a duffel bag, sleeping bag, and down jacket (to be returned after the trek), and a trekking appreciation certificate upon request.
